Title: Atomic-Scale Modeling of Realistic Physics of Complex Materials, Interfaces and Processes with Synopsys QuantumATK - (NEW date - rescheduled from 02-Jul-24)
Date: 18-Sep-2024
Time: 15:00 BST / 16:00 CEST
Location: Online Webinar
Presenters: Dr Anders Blom, Synopsys
Overview:

This webinar will showcase the most recent developments for Machine-Learned Force Fields, Semi-Empirical studies of qubits, Density Functional Theory (DFT) for large-scale systems, GW Many-Body Perturbation, and Non-equilibrium Green’s function (NEGF) transport modeling.

Details:

These are all part of the QuantumATK platform from Synopsys, a commercially engineered suite of atomistic simulation tools, where emphasis is placed on effectiveness and the ability to extract useful information from the computational work. To achieve this, the tool focuses on user-friendliness, advanced analysis modules, and taking advantage of the synergy that comes from having such a large variety of atomic-scale modeling techniques integrated in a common framework.

QuantumATK is available to Universities in Europe through Europractice.
